A custom small business website here is $3,000 once, plus $50 a month for hosting, or host the code yourself for nothing extra. That includes go-live and three full rounds of revisions. You see it built and live, and click through the whole thing, before you pay anything.

Plus $50 a month for hosting, paid to me. You can move the site to any host whenever you like, and the $50 stops when you do.
Start with the free preview- Your words, images, and brand are yours. The site itself, the design and the code, is yours to keep under a perpetual license that never expires and that I cannot revoke.
- Three full rounds of revisions, so we can adjust the site until it fits your business.
- Host it with me for $50 a month, or move the code to any host you like. Nothing is locked to me.
- A self-edit CMS, set up once, so a Tuesday edit is live by Tuesday lunch. No ticket, no waiting on me.
- When you want me to make changes after launch, it is $200 an hour, with the estimate agreed before I start.
If you are unhappy for any reason, I will refund you in full, within one week of go-live, no questions asked.
The guarantee covers the $3,000 build fee. Hosting is separate, optional, and cancels anytime. A refund ends the license and the site comes down.

The cost questions, answered
Do I own my website?
You own your content and your domain outright: your words, your images, your brand, and the domain registered in your name. The site itself, the design and the code, is yours to keep under a perpetual license that never expires. You can edit it, host it anywhere, move it, or hand it to another developer, and I cannot revoke it. I keep the copyright to the code and the framework I reuse to build other businesses, which is why the site comes to you as a license rather than a sale.
What does the $50 a month hosting cover?
Fast hosting, SSL, backups, and the small fixes that keep a site healthy, paid to me. You can move the site to any host whenever you like, and the $50 stops when you do. Hosting with me is the convenient option, not a requirement.
What makes a project a bigger build?
Selling online or taking payments, a live database, or logins for staff or customers. Those go past the standard build, so I quote them per project, with the same free preview first. If you are not sure which side yours falls on, ask me and I will tell you straight.
